Spring Gala & Auction
Our biggest single night of the year. Gather friends & family around on April 26th, 2025 for an evening in the grove. This is a big lift that needs people for gift solicitation, auction management, food planning, set up / tear down, and good ol' fashioned marketing.
Angela Rodriguez & Elizabeth Weber are leading the way this year.

Canyon CafΓ©
Canyon has seen some lovely and super-effective Canyon-kitchen fundraising in the past: The Critter CafΓ©, Misty Meals, or Lunches at the School. Could there be a new iteration? Join us and make it happen.
Esperanza Surls has ideas, but she needs support. Next step is ideating as a group on what could be doable.

EBRPD / EBMUD Partnerships
Gloria Faircloth is looking for opportunities to partner with EBMUD or EBRPD for potential fundraising opportunities. She's looking for contacts and opportunities at these organizations.

The Grove is a special place for all manner of events. Could we be doing more with this sylvan trove?

December Art Faire
It's a year-end tradition to pack everyone into the multi-purpose room for mulled cider and craft-treasure hunting. This year CEF will be holding an auction or raffle for a few choice pieces.Β

Annual Per Student Ask of School Families
The majority of CEF's annual raise comes from a per student ask donation directly to parents at the school. While we may ask for a big $ number, the real goal is 100% participation.
